About your questions, choose "Transfer without an Associate Degree". You do not need an Associate Degree to transfer. It doesn't really matter which box you check at this point because you can always change your mind once you are at SMC, students do that all the time. I change my goals three times when I was attending. But check the "Transfer without an Associate Degree" and once you get to SMC go to a counselor and tell them your goals, and he/she will help you choose the right classes in order for you to transfer out of there as soon as possible.
